SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

We do not offer cash or credit refunds for any purchases. Any shipment that does not reach the ordered destination will be reshipped to the original desired location. If a shipment arrives damaged, the package must be returned in its original packaging through UPS. A replacement order will be shipped upon receiving the returned damaged package. Any violation of this policy may result in the termination of your order, without refund.

Hot weather shipping requires special packaging so your product does not melt (as chocolate is apt to do). Consequently, hot weather packaging costs more than normal packaging. Hot weather shipping runs from May 1 to September 1.
